We offer maintenance & repair services to new or existing equipment, installed by ERASE or not. We offer service level agreements (SLA’s) which clearly outline rates, response times & service levels, all tailored to suit your budget or specific requirements.

For planned preventative maintenance (PPM) or once off repairs, right through to fully featured facilities management (FM) contracts, we are able to offer the complete package.

E.R.A.S.E​ are specialists in 2D & 3D HVAC designs, quotations, installation and commissioning of air conditioning & ventilation systems.

We are competitive and professional engineers and contractors who install a wide variety of systems. Based on a site survey carried out by one of our expert technical sales teams and engineers, we always select the system that is right for your application.

All our air conditioning installations include the following:

• Installation and commissioning by a  time-served refrigeration or air conditioning operator fully versed in the latest industry standards and trained in line with manufacturers’ requirements.
• Pipework done with refrigeration grade copper, installed on designated pipework support systems or cable trays, and installed to current SAQCC Gas regulations.
• Full user manuals & commissioning reports provided.
• Onsite demonstration if required.
